Steven Rosenfield - President/Founder
Steve is the founder of the LiL Foundation. He is a native of Massachusetts and now resides in Davis, CA. Steve is committed to helping those in need and alleviating suffering on the planet though dedicating his time and effort to the LiL Foundation. He is also involved in other local charitable projects such as passing out donated clothes to people who are homeless and volunteering at a children's home.
 Billy Conde Goldman - Vice President
Billy has a lifelong interest in people and their well-being. He has a formal education in psychology from Wesleyan University and Emory University and applied this knowledge in clinical and research settings. He is one of the founders of Paradise 29 Artel—a non-profit community center for the arts that was once located in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Billy also has a passion for music and its role in personal healing and growth.
 Jessica Hoel - Director of Marketing
Jessica is originally from Massachusetts and now resides in Davis, CA. She has a BA in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from Bridgewater State College. She has managed design teams, worked with other non-profits, and now runs her own business theHOELstudio.
Libby Marks- Director of Outreach and Education
Libby has been an activist since she could talk and dreams big for this world. She is a Chico native now residing in Oakland, California. Libby has several degrees including a BA in multicultural and gender studies and a BA in the classical civilizations of Greece and Rome with a minor in wimmin's studies. She is a staunch advocate in coalition building and does her best to authentically embody her personal as political. One of her passions is seeing peace and prosperity achieved in her time. She sees the LiL Foundation as a great crux for this change. Libby is a co-owner of the Penelope Weaves Artists' Cooperative that pledges 1% to the planet and gives back to several non-profits such as the LiL Foundation and the Chico State Wimmin's Center.
